enhancement : desync mount under Microsoft Windows

Hello, do you think is possible to implement desync mount option under Windows, with for example https://github.com/billziss-gh/cgofuse

Seems doable. I can try adding that next week maybe, but likely limited to just Windows builds

https://github.com/folbricht/desync/pull/142 implements this. I don't really like having 2 different FUSE libraries, and also that there's now a new build dependency on Windows that has to be installed (even if the mount-index command is not needed). Let me know how that looks.
