Update docs for 0.8.0

Go through the docs and update them.

PART 1

• [x] Update Technical Details page: https://wakepy.readthedocs.io/en/main/user-guide/technical-details.html (especially the diagram about the different phases) PRs 101-103
• [x] Update Mode activation page: https://wakepy.readthedocs.io/en/main/mode-activation.html (removed / merged to another page in PR 103)
• [ ] Go through docs and see if there are other updates needed for 0.8.0

PART 2

• [ ] Make sure all methods are documented well
• [ ] Check if it makes sense to have some code going through wakepy methods and making automatic or semi-automatic table from them.
