Visual Studio CAD

Hey Michael!

This PR doesn't necessarily need to be merged, but I wanted to share with you one of my tinkerings -- I've managed to turn Visual Studio Code into a simple CAD program, building on the SDF library.

It has been really helpful to have both the code editor and mesh viewer integrated into one tool, so I figured I would share my methods with whoever is interested.

This was tested on a windows 11 machine with python 3.13 -- I plan to also verify it works on Ubuntu 22 and python 3.10 (since that's the other environment I have easy access to).
