Suggestion: Wait X seconds before checking feeds again after being idle.

The option to stop checking feeds when idle is great. However when returning to your computer and your monitor has gone to sleep, it takes a few seconds for it to come back on, whereas Feed Notifier starts displaying headlines right away. This often means missing something.

It would be great if Feed Notifier would wait 5-10 seconds (possibly configurable?) before displaying the latest headlines, to allow the monitor to fully wake up so you can read them.
