中文base64单行加密和多行加密都有bug

中文解密没问题，目前版本0.0.2，用另一个插件 https://github.com/mitchdenny/ecdc 都是没问题的

另外，每次执行 output窗 都会抢窗口 focus，非常令人难过。一起修了吧
