Involves manipulating the mechanics of exploding TNT entities. Has supposedly been fixed since 1.14.

Mojang said the TNT Duping mechanism wont be fixed until they add moveable tileentities, because they think its been in so long its like a feature now and the only way to produce tnt on flying machines for example
