could you build tensorflow 1.15 for cuda12.0 which could run on RTX40xx GPU

Have you tried using CUDA 11 (skipping driver installation during installation)?

I have no RTX40xx graphics card, but I am going to buy one. I am not sure whether CUDA11.1 can be used for 40 series GPU. In my impression, CUDA began to support 40 series GPU from CUDA11.6.

我用cuda11.8测试了一下，可以跑RTX4060，我在Linux上测试同样的GPU好像在cuda12.x上运行更快一点
