Do you have encountered any issues when using 2.4.0/py38/CPU+GPU/cuda111cudnn8sse2 on 3090?
The CUDA 11.0 only support the A100. cuda 11.1 and cudnn 8.0.5 should be fine with 3090.

@NaniSk Please don't change the filename and check your python is 64-bit or not.
If you are using linux container on windows, it is linux environment rather than windows.

Tensorflow 1.10 is my last build supports 32-bit python.
Please check: CPU has AVX support or not install the newest msvc redist 2015-2019 exactly match python major version 3.X, use the newest minor version update if you have nvidia...
Make sure you have 64bit Anaconda installed.
