Create one DCM file from multiple JPG files.

I am trying to make one DCM file from combination of multiple JPG file. But i am not able to get any reference from anywhere if some has done please help me out. Thanks.

What have you tried so far? Do you know, how to generate DICOM files in general and are you only struggeling to comine the multiple JPG files? Are you talking about a multiframe image or do you want to stitch those jpegs into one huge image? Your question is too general to give you some hint.
