fn - ERROR - Could not find config file

Description

When i invoke the function ，i got "Error invoking function. status: 502 message: function failed". Then i go to console of oracle cloud,and find the description of this error,"fn - ERROR - Could not find config file at /home/fn/.oci/config".

BUT when i run the code in oracle cloud instance(VM),i can find the config. config = from_file() It mean i have a config file on ~/.oci/config.

BUT when i use fn to depoly ,i can't invoke this function.
