cannot easily distinguish which CLI commands/subcommands only apply to OSS users

RikG suggested raising this issue here. I was writing a topic for service users about using the Fn CLI. If I'm a service user and I enter fn --help, then I'll see all the fn CLI commands. But some won't apply to me. Equally, if I enter fn --help, in the case of some commands, some of the returned subcommands won't apply. Need a way to distinguish which commands/subcommands only apply to OSS users (so service users know they don't apply to them). Might be as simple as updating the help description. Or (Rik suggested) maybe filtering based on context where provider = oracle.
