Create consistent UI for Learning path using a single component

The learning path UI on the profile page and the search result page are inconsistent. It would be better if we have a single component for the Learning path UI throughout the App.

@xlogix I am not able to navigate in the website as it shows an error to fill up all the details although I have filled all of them. Can you help?
