fontawsome files fail to load

Hello,

I find that performing html-export using

#+SETUPFILE: https://fniessen.github.io/org-html-themes/setup/theme-readtheorg.setup

results in 404 error rendering page (chrome):

GET https://fniessen.github.io/org-html-themes/styles/readtheorg/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.1.0 404

I suspect that the reference to fontawesome is coming from readtheorg.css, but am unsure.
