References to nuget packages are incorrect

References in projects are incorrect. Without manual set or references projects wont build.

For example in project TagCache.Redis.AutoProtobuf is reference path to protobuf-net.dll: ........\Symbiotics\Mercurial\symbiotics\src\packages\protobuf-net.2.0.0.668\lib\net40\protobuf-net.dll

Which is clearly path for concrete environment (not general one).
