Launcher seemingly freezes and crashes when alt + tab is used

Description of bug

the launcher (flatpack) freezes completely when there is a alt + tab used to switch to another program while minecraft is running and when alt + tab is used again to switch back the entire thing freezes and no inputs are registered even alt + f4 does not work and alt + tab doesn't work but sometimes if i spam click there the sound for clicking a button in game is played this was not a issue while using PollyMC 6.3 and only happens on mincraft 1.12.2 and 1.19.2 i am using Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS

Steps to reproduce

1- Launch minecraft 1.19.2 2- alt + tab to a different program 3- use alt + tab and to switch back again to the instance of minecraft running
