Break-Fixes for Manifest 3.

First, thanks very much for this; I have found it really helpful. Unfortunately, though, it has broken. I've fixed it, though, this evening, for Manifest 3. Your review and consideration would be appreciated.

I haven't been able to keep up with the recent manifest changes myself, thank you very much for taking care of this! I will look into this now and do some testing.
