[Feature Request] Add/Show Only HQ to Shopping List

Maybe there already exists the option and I can't find it. When adding an item to the shopping list it is by default NQ and lowest price. Neither the HQ filter nor any other option/action affects what item is added to the list. It would be great if the first item that meets the search criteria is added. Would also be great if we could shift-click add multiple rows to the list or if all rows added were combined into a single row by world.
