Nothing pulling up

Whenever I and others use Market Board plugin, nothing comes up. We hover over the item to search and have tried multiple items but nothing comes up, it just remains blank even after a fresh install.

same for me, i tested connection to universalis its completely fine, but whenever I use pmb it would either not load to take forever to load, its not every item though, some items are really quick and some are really slow. This problem has persisted since the beginning of time and was never fixed with updates, maybe it's just a limitation that cannot be fixed idk.
