Mac OS X support

I'd expect it to work with hardly any modification to the code, but I have no idea how to use that Mac thing.

  1. Make sure everything builds.
  2. Find a way to port the desktop integrations.
  3. Package everything into a handy .dmg or whatever Mac uses.
