Support for Debian/Kali Linux

#811 --> It would be lovely if fman could be installed on Debian without having to use snap. As the fman snap is problematic on kali linux, and crashes on start.

Fman snap doesn't work on Kali, and as mentioned in #811. Instructions are given on how to install fman in ubuntu, but not debian. Those instructions also facilitate the use of apt-key which is deprecated. Upon attempting to execute the command the following error is recieved:

gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure
