Change color of file cursor to look more 'active'

Talking about this highlight bg color here. To me, the color says 'greyed out' or 'inactive' and I would expect the selector cursor to have a bit more color to it, maybe a tingle of blue or something.

I would suggest keeping the current for the inactive pane. (e.g. when TABBING to the second pane, the inactive pane's cursor changes to the current color we have now instead of a light blue. Currently the cursor simply disappears in the inactive pane) I also highly suggest rendering with the current 'inactive' color for both panes when fman isn't in focus. (helps to reduce eye movement and hesitation when working in conjunction with other apps)
