enhance circos plot

For now the generated circos plot is very limited.

It should be enhanced with:

• [ ] Possibility to add genes of different tools instead of only AMRFinderPlus and VFDB
• [ ] Be able to generate plot per contig
• [ ] Add the MGE sequences to the plot, for now, only PhiSpy is available
• [ ] Generate a plot legend
• [ ] TBD
