Update integron finder tool version

During #118 it was detected an issue in the INTEGRON FINDER tool. We opened an issue in the tool's repo, https://github.com/gem-pasteur/Integron_Finder/issues/114 Once the fix is available on a new release, the pipeline should then update the contained version of the tool in the Docker image. As a workaround, while not available, we added parameters to skip this modules.

Issue on tool was fixed and closed, should now integrate this new version in the pipeline.
