Docs should mention the requirement to remove nav

The docs currently don't state that this only works if nav is removed. This should be explicitly stated.

This is confusing to me. If I remove the nav section I don't have my website anymore, just the blog section. I can get the blog pages showing but I have to enter them manually into the nav section. I thought this plugin would parse all the .md files under blog/YYYY/MM/DD and automatically add them to a "blog" entry in the nav bar in addition to my normal nav web pages. Am I missing something?

This is a really interesting plugin. Unfortunately, since this question has not been answered for so long, I wonder if it is still actively maintained.
