Desktop: remove browser extensions message in /settings page

Also check no browser extensions are blocking the connection. should be present only if user is using Hollama through a browser.

I'm removing the good first issue because I expect this feature to require updating the build pipeline config and that's probably a can of worms.

I think we will need to add environment variables during to the release workflow and use that to determine which environment Hollama is running on.
