Measure loop restarted more than `n` times

I'm not entire sure what is causing this issue, I was chatting in a session, left the tab for a few minutes to do something else, when I came back I saw the warnings below in the logs.

The prompt field was focused, with a blinking caret, but I couldn't type. I ran into the issue with prompt field not being able to be typed on a handful of times in the past.
