Fix issue #71 Added SSL and mTLS support

I needed to use Flyway with MySQL + SSL. I got it working so I thought someone else might need this too.

It's been a few days. Anyone wanted to use this SSL/mTLS feature now can build the image from my fork or docker pull raynix/flyway:8.5.5
