Slow initial load

Observed Results:

The first load of the dashboard is really slow to show anything to the user. You get a blank page that takes more than 20 seconds to show the dashboard 'cause the two JS market in red are really big.

Expected behavior:

A more quickly load of the dashboard or a loader indicator

Hi, @DIOHz0r We disabled the local storage and cache for debug purpose. With HTTP2 the server push in parallel the files. Any contribution to config HTTP2 in Apache is welcome.
