Harmonize device name display in forms

Description

On the device list, a "name" and "device" are display. When I edit a device, or when I see the list of devices on the dashboard the device is identified using the user's email (agent name).

Expected behaviour

It would be more convenient to format the device name as following (this is a proposition) : Device (name). For example Sony Xperia Z3 ([email protected]).
