Webhook notifications with Fastlane

Hi, @rafaelje

You can send Slack-compatible simple webhooks to the Telegram dev chat using the URL in the environment var of Travis CI.

I am building a new plugin for the notifications from Fastlane to our Telegram groups for Audit Trail. https://github.com/aethonanbot/fastlane-plugin-aethonan

I will share with you soon the documentation to integrate in all repositories.
