Disable default auto media download

Hi,

If the image is deleted from system, the chatair just try to download as like telegram cloud message. Disable this option make , chatair efficient I guess. If the image captured via chatair exist in system, let it load. If not need to trying of download. Screenshot_20250427-223353.ChatAir.png
