[BUG] MapTasks don't cleanup pods when aborting an execution

Describe the bug

When a workflow is triggered with map tasks and then cleaned up, pods are deleted but the finalizer never removed so pods stay in Terminating State

Expected behavior

Propeller should not only delete the pod but also cleanup the finalizer so pod are properly removed.

Additional context to reproduce

Create a Workflow with a MapTask with many items, abort execution and check the pods in the kubernetes namespace

So we've spent some more time investigating and we believe it's a bit more complex than just removing the finalizers so I have closed the #5221.

From our current investigations we've found that when propeller tries to Abort is skips terminating because currentState.GetArrayStatus().Detailed.GetItems() https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/blob/c7d1463090482b091e011e902f9d9a0060eed826/flyteplugins/go/tasks/plugins/array/k8s/management.go#L361

The pluginState get returns an empty GetArrayStatus() https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/blob/f8a131721ff43722faf42e8893ec1febf80b72a8/flyteplugins/go/tasks/plugins/array/k8s/executor.go#L158

We saw that the value was able to be fetched from the pluginState in the Handle func and all is available.
