Gallery for Banners & Shields

Users can create custom banners and shields and upload them to the gallery for players to just pick and choose premade ones by the community and use them.

Also a rep system to upvote and downvote players shields and banners to push the most liked ones to the first page also able to sort the pages by top voted today, 7d, all time etc
