Feature Request: Pin to bone

Rexrainbow has made a modification of the pin to behavior called PinToImagePoint: http://c2rexplugins.weebly.com/rex_pin2imagepoint.html

I'm wondering the same sort of thing could be used to target a specific spine bone?
