Screeching sound on the homescreen music and in game, set music to 0 to play. Issue does not go away with any sound option.

Reinstall does not fix issue, SB, SB Pro, SB16 all have the same audio issue on the Start screen. Turning Music down all the way in the menu will allow the game to be played.
