Fix paths in CONSTRUC\SETTINGS\INSTALL.DAT

UVCONFIG.EXE detects the Tseng Labs ET6000 SuperVGA but says: The above graphics card has been detected, but is not currently supported. SciTech Display Doctor will not work with your graphics card, so no drivers have been generated.

Test using the new UVCONFIG -c2 option to force ET4000 mode.
