tmp 文件夹清理逻辑

目前 tmp 文件夹好像没有清理的逻辑至少，del_music 应该检查对应的 tmp 是否存在并删除。是否需要定期检查清理过旧的文件？或者构建一个缓存，限定 tmp 文件夹中的文件数量？
