Provide an option to download a specified interval of crawled songs.

Hello, I would like to request an option to specify the download interval/range, probably something like this: -Interval [Inclusive lower bound, Inclusive upper bound]

Examples: scdl -l URL -Interval [10,36] This would download all the songs from the 10th to the 36th. scdl -l URL -Interval [41,] This would skip the first 40 songs and download all the remaining ones. scdl -l URL -Interval [,100] This would download the first 100 songs.

This would be very handy. It would add the skip function and max tracks from the start function, which Scdl currently lacks. I hope you have a great day.
