Not working in Android latest versions (Android 11, 12 OS)

Can you please let me know the reason why this code is not working on Android 11 and Android 12 version. Its always showing only loading on the screen. Can we track speed with GPS provider in latest (Android 12) phones? If it is possible please let me know what we need to fix on this code. Appreciate the help, Thanks.
