Toggle setting in the Notepad skin to poll the notes file for changes every update

Don't want it on by default, necessarily... but it would be cool if, in case the text is changed by another program (like a sync program), the new text would show up in the skin without refreshing.

Isn't this already completed? You can configure this bit by uncommenting the readFile() func from update() and then tell Rainmeter to update every second or something. Or are you thinking of exposing this as a setting in the skin rather than requiring someone to actually modify the code directly?
