Initial D Arcade Stage (Japan) (Naomi 2) - Some graphics on the start screen are broken

This happens with ~~initd and~~ initdo, but not with initdexp or initdexpo.
The image on the left (the screen just before the title screen) appears to be a regression in d84108d, but the image on the right also has a bug, with an extra graphic displayed in the space between "START" and "BUTTON" in "PRESS START BUTTON".
In the case of initdo
Full framebuffer emulation and single threading do not seem to have any effect.
Examining the texture dump after the Sega Rosso logo shows that 15 textures are generated, rather than the usual 8 textures. Changing to interpreter reduces this to 12, but the extra 4 textures are still generated.
I can reproduce the issue with initdo every time I run it, but I can't reproduce it with initd. Also reverting the mentioned commit doesn't seem to fix it.
