AITD The New Nightmare- Vulkan texture crash

Hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.80 GHz - 32 RAM ddr4 3933mhz - RTX 3090
Description of the Issue: There is a graphical corruption under Vulkan backend, default settings except the resolution set to x4 to use custom textures with a max of 2048x2048 , the first problem is the graphical glitch shown in the attached image, the squared glitch is over all the screen when scenario is lit with lightnings or flashlight. Second problem: emulator crashes entering in stage with replaced background textures

The square glitches are likely the same issue as #1631.
For the crash, make sure to enable "Automatically Report Crashes" so that the dump file and other important information (log, platform, etc.) is uploaded.
