DDR dancing mat support

For those 2 Dance Dance Revolution games released on Dreamcast.

Would be great for flycast to recognize and work with PC DDR pads like those here:

Flycast uses SDL to handle input controllers. It looks like these devices act like standard controllers, so they should work with Flycast, perhaps with some manual button remapping. I don't own any of these devices so I can't verify if this is true.
