A barcode scanner that connected to the GBC link cable port. Scanning codes from the game on your TV unlocked stuff in the GBC game. The one with planned functionality just happened to be on Dreamcast.
This one is very very very low-priority (unreleased accesory and only 1 single game has support hidden in game's code, one can argue even completely useless stuff like Dreamkaraoke or Dreameye web cam is worthier the programming effort) and likely involves cooperation with author(s) of some GBC emulator to implement and maybe patching game's image file. But still nice to have it here on GitHub for the sake of cataloguing if anything.
