Centering spring ffb effect

Some games like Daytona had a mechanical spring instead of a ffb effect for it.

A simple checkbox with a strength slider for a centering spring effect in the rumble option.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This can be done with Logitech profiles but unfortunately not with Thrustmaster and probably other wheels (fanatec can't do it either).

This would also benefit games that didn't have ffb (crazy taxi for example)
