Add second player buttons for segaSP games
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have been playing dinosaur king and worked fine but there are a problem with the controls that cannot choose a different game mode, the reason related is the absent of player 2 buttons on the virtual gamepad, i see it in the calibration but seems to not apply effect during the gameplay.
Describe the solution you'd like adding the aditional player 2 buttons like "4,5,6" for segaSP games by default

Additional context N/A Sorry for my english, if there any alternative or something i miss that i can solve this issue tell me, thanks. Psdt2: the issue is related to android app.
Fixed on master. Only the player 2 Rock button is shown in addition to the player 1 rock/paper/scissor buttons. Should be enough to select hard mode and things like that.
