Save State Thumbnail Corruption

Latest master version of Flycast. Various version of Android.

Happens on Vulkan only, GL good.

Most of my stuff is a Mali GPU.

Is this worth looking into? Does not affect game play.

Does it affect all Dreamcast games or only Wipeout?

I can reproduce the issue, and it affects all games when saving a state with Vulkan.

Verified fixed. Needed to install DEV build from 05-02-2025, however.
