[Feature Request] VMU output to outside displays

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Probably the best part of Sonic Shuffle is the ability to use a VMU to keep your hand private instead of having to show it on the game screen. Flycast's (and other emulators) VMU display solution, to put them in the corners of the screen, nullify this.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of showing VMUs on the main emulator screen, have their video output go to other (preferably private) video sinks. Maybe multiple windows, or network streams.

Describe alternatives you've considered Perhaps it's possible to use the Spout protocol combined with a lightweight third-party streamcasting software for this? Like, each VMU can have its own spout output, and the casting software can host a network stream for each one. Each user can then use their phone and connect to the stream that corresponds to their controller and VMU. EDIT1: Maybe something related to the work already done on the DreamConn+ could be another way to go; like, maybe have a standalone VMU emulator on a local networked device (such as a smartphone or Steam Deck) connect to the DreamConn utility running on the Flycast host system.

Additional context Clearly this is a niche usage, even if other games have private information on the VMU display. This is gonna be low-priority and that's fine.
