[Naomi/RA] Add the option the show the VMU screen + Add details regarding the order

At the moment, the option to show the VMU are hidden when a Naomi game is launched.

You could actually use VMU on some arcade boards with compatible Sega or Capcom VMU reader devices (MVC2, CVSPRO, SFZ3U, etc...)

It would be fantastic to see what was displayed on the VMU side.

Also, would it be possible to add information regarding what VMU to use for Naomi interoperability ?

Naomi reads VMU in B1 as the first memory card and VMU in C1 as second memory card.
