Make the ACHIEVEMENTS window optionally accessible via hotkey.

As of right now, the only way to see the ACHIEVEMENTS window is to press SELECT/BACK on a controller in game, and when the flycast menu comes up, navigate to ACHIEVEMENTS. What I would like is if we can assign a hotkey to just get to that achievements screen.
